Service Agreements & Usage Rights
Property Readiness: The property is to be ready at our scheduled appointment time, ensuring service can begin immediately upon arrival. Please be sure to arrive, or visit, the property before the appointment to ensure the property is ready. It is at the discretion of the photographer to cancel or reschedule if a property is still being prepared for photography at the time of the agreed up appointment.
Seller Preparation Checklist: Please ensure the Seller Preparation Checklist is sent to Sellers at the time of booking. The checklist has been created and refined by K. Stahl Photography to ensure every property is ready specifically for photography. The checklist will be sent to your email when booking online and at appointment confirmation.
Daylight & Twilight Photography Hours: Spring/Summer hours of 10a and 3pm for daylight photography, Fall/Winter hours of 10am and 2pm. Twilight can be as early as 4:30pm in the winter, and as late as 7-8pm in the summer. The Photographer will confirm start time accordingly.
Occupied Properties: Specific appointment time will be confirmed. A quick walk-through will be given upon arrival.
Vacant Property Availability: It is the request of K. Stahl Photography that vacant properties have open availability on the scheduled day of photography. The Photographer will be able to arrive and photograph the property alone via lock-box. This allows for more availability to cover specific appointment times for occupied homes. The Photographer will adjust lights and window treatments. Approximate arrival time and departure confirmations will be communicated to you.
Attendees: It is important for as few people as possible to be present at the time of the photo shoot. It is best if the property is ready and everyone steps out for the time of photography. The Realtor does not need to attend for the duration of the appointment, as I conduct myself in the most professional manor possible when I am with my client's Sellers.
Weather: Please check the weather forecast for the date requested. Photography appointments will not be scheduled on days of rain is forecast 60% or higher. The Photographer may cancel or reschedule an appointment upon their discretion in the event of inclement weather conditions.
Service Area & Travel Fees: K. Stahl Photography serves the northeast Ohio region, with downtown Akron serving as the center of the service area. Any property located within 25 miles of downtown Akron falls within the service area. Any property further than 25 miles driving distance is subject to a travel fee per mile. Next Day Photo Delivery: Defined as delivery of all final edited photography on the following day, excluding Sunday, anytime between 12pm and 9pm depending on business levels. Same-day delivery on photos can be arranged for an additional fee.
Payment & Photo Download: All invoice balances must be paid in order to enable download of your photo gallery. Photos will be available for preview before payment. K. Stahl Photography promises to prioritize turn-around time for clients who have already sent payment. Clients whom prefer to send payment upon photo delivery will receive photos after pre-paid clients.
Cancellation: K. Stahl Photography is booked by appointment and/or reservation. Any cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment is subject to a $75 fee at the discretion of the photographer.
Usage Rights: All media created by K. Stahl Photography is property of K. Stahl Photography. Upon payment, the client reserves usage rights for their real estate listing and/or business marketing materials such as social media or business website. The client does not reserve the right to sell or gift media to any users unauthorized by K. Stahl Photography. ie, If a Seller is released from a listing agreement by their Realtor, the next Realtor the Seller chooses to hire will have to obtain usage rights from K. Stahl Photography if they wish to use the same photos or other associated media.
